Exhibition

In parallel with the conference, there will be exhibitions where systems, applications and services can be presented.

IEEE Morocco Section in collaboration with MASTeR A.S.B.L Belgium and Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah
University (SMBAU) will organize within ICTIS’07 an Information Technology exhibition and will therefore provide exhibitors with:

• Exhibit space, in the most important area of the conference venue.
• Other resources (on demand): internet connection, electric power.

The fee will cost 1.000 Euro per day, this includes a space for a day with required facilities and the registration fee until two. Contact the exhibit chair for more details.

Submission Requirements

Companies and academics wishing to exhibit systems, applications or services of interest to the ICTIS’07 attendees are asked to submit a letter or e-mail of intends with the following information:

• A short description of the company or institution
• A description of the systems or services to be exhibited
• The minimum amount of exhibit space needed (e.g., the number of tables needed)
• Some special requirements (e.g., internet connection, extra electric power plugs)

All requests should be submitted by electronic mail to the Exhibits Chair (see below). Number of stands is limited.

Deadlines

Exhibits submission deadline:  February 28, 2006
Acceptance notification: March 10, 2007
Exhibits registration deadline:  March 20, 2006
ICTIS-07 Exhibition dates:   April 3-5, 2007
